The resort features seven dining spots. Gading Restaurant serves international dishes. Homaya Restaurant offers Indonesian cuisine with market-fresh ingredients and an 80-seat communal table. Ja'Jan Bistro provides light meals and blended teas beachfront. Ja'Jan by the Sea serves wood-fired pizza and BBQ. Paradise Beach Club has ocean-view drinks. tasty breakfast comfortable bed bottled water new towel

this hotel offered varied and tasty breakfast options. the beds were comfortable, a very welcomed feature after long days. i was happy to have six bottles of water daily. new towels were provided for both shared pool use and bathroom use, quite convenient.

The air conditioning was set at 21 degrees, i couldn't change it. This was not cool enough, it resulted in some sleepless nights. the mini fridge did not keep drinks cold.

The location provided easy access to the beach. This was great for morning strolls and sunset views. the hotel's proximity to the bali collection offered convenient shopping and dining alternatives. it was a secure area. This added a sense of calm to the stay.

The resort's architecture was great, and the environment was clean. flora surrounds the resort. It promotes relaxation. the room was spacious, it was comfortable. the staff were accommodating, responsive, and approachable.

The aircon was set at 21. It could not be changed, this wasn't cool enough. the mini fridge wasn't a real fridge. it would not keep drinks cold. It was more of a wine fridge. breakfast was good, but the lack of aircon control is a deal breaker.

beautiful gardens excellent breakfast swimming pool silly process poor communication unhelpful staff

The breakfast included in the price WAS excellent. There was so much choice at the buffet. The swimming pool and activities around the pool were fun. The gardens were well maintained and beautiful.

The check in process was SILLY. We waited for our room and they said they'd WhatsApp us when the room was ready. They didn't. The staff were a letdown for Bali especially. Communication was lacking.

beautiful gardens inviting pools beach access broken fridge missing locker stained rug

The hotel had BEAUTIFUL gardens. I also liked the inviting pools, and the beach access was great. The staff was friendly. Everyone I talked to was cute.

The fridge in my room didn't work. Drinks were not cold. There was no bedside locker on one side of the bed. This was inconvenient. The rug in the bedroom had a bad stain.
